You can contact us via e-mail or ordinary post. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and for most contacts, sooner than that.
Our office is open from 8.00am to 5.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), (GMT +10 hours) from Monday to Friday. We are often also able to reply to messages on Saturdays and Sundays.
